This Privacy Policy explains how Tkach Ventures, Inc. (“Equal CRE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit equalcre.org (the “Site”) or contact us through it.

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, work email address, the program or organization you represent, and the contents of your message.

Cookies and similar technologies. The Site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function and remain secure. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, provide a consent mechanism.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve (12) months.
